Live Nation Spain has announced that Il Divo will visit our country, with performances in Madrid and Barcelona, in april 2012. The first part of this tour will show this fabulous quartet –Carlos Marín, Sebastien Izambard, David Miller and Urs Buhler- performing at the best concert halls of Europe, with a final show at the Royal Albert Hall of London –where they will perform for the first time - los días 17 y 18 de abril 2012.

Madrid-Barajas airport now has live music at Terminal 4. Since yesterday, passengers and users of this terminal will be entertained during their waiting times with morning and afternoon sessions by pianists from the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid.

This year has been very exciting for us, the Artistic B&B family, full of changes and challenges... just as life itself!

We went through the restoration of the whole property, having to deal with lots of difficulties and trying to give it a unique and personal style. This is something that was really worth the effort, because most of our guests now like it.

As part of the christmas musical program for Madrid Ciudad Navidad 2011, the Isabel II square (known also as Opera square) will hold a series of concerts that will take place between december 22nd. and december 31st.

The exhibition “Da Vinci, El Genio” (Da Vinci, The Genius) has been designed with the objective of showing visitors the less known aspects of one of the most complex characters in human History, Leonardo da Vinci. For that purpose, the collaboration of 29 prestigious institutions and national and international museums has been fundamental, since they have brought pieces that had never been exhibited in Spain before.

Today and tomorrow, The Senate will cellebrate two days of Open Visits. As every year, visitors will be able to visit a Spanish institution that plays a very important role in civic life.

In these two days, visitors will be able to admire its spectacular Library, the Pasos Perdidos hall, the old Session Hall, and the magnificent collection of paintings that decorates the walls of the old Senate building.

The Imperial Russian ballet company returns to the Gran Via under the artistic direction of Gediminas Taranda with three of the most famous and best loved ballets, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake. An ideal outing for the Christmas holidays. Children will in particular love the Nutcracker.

Two of the best companies in the world, the Mariinsky Ballet and the Bolshoi Theater Ballet, return to the Madrid opera house.

Christmas decoration is starting to show up in many of the streets and squares of Madrid. With that, almost at the same time, come the christmas markets, those places full of presents for children and also for parents, and of course without forgetting about some typical christmas delicacies. Taking a stroll down these christmas markets is undoubtfully a charm.
